Dig Deep Endurance Fuel

Dig Deep is amazing! I love the flavours (watermelon is my personal fave, but it’s nice to mix it up sometimes) and how easy it is to use. the absolute best though is just how customizable everything is. put a stick in a bottle for a light refreshing mix to packing a lot of carbs into a small package😍. On top of all that, no single use packaging is great for the environment and it’s so nice not to have to stuff a sticky used gel wrapper in a pocket halfway through a run!

I have been loving using Dig Deep for training and racing. My preferred use is making a concentrated solution in a 150ml flask by dissolving 4 sticks. Incredible to be able to dissolve 120g of carbs in that small amount of water! Nice having the option to include flavour and electrolytes too. Local gal making a great product!

Where do I even start! When Ali first told me about Dig Deep, I was excited and curious to see how it would work, especially while training for a 100k trail race. Fueling is everything at that level, and I needed something I could truly trust with my gut!I tested it during several 40+ km long runs, taking in 100–120g of carbs per hour with absolutely ZERO stomach issues. That alone gave me huge confidence. So on race day, I fully committed to trusting in the product!Over 6–7 hours, I consumed around 800g of carbs…and again, zero gut problems. I felt strong, consistently fueled, and never battled the stomach issues. The consistency is spot on, it’s incredibly easy to get down, and adding my own electrolytes made it the perfect setup for success!Honest opinion. Dig Deep is genuinely a game changer. Massive thank you to Ali for creating a product I can completely trust when it matters most, can’t wait to see this change the market!

As a long-time runner, the search for great fuel has been never-ending. When Ali gave me samples of Dig Deep, I was excited to try them.  Not only do they taste delicious, but they are easy to work with.  Using Dig Deep while training for a recent marathon allowed me the opportunity to perfect the mix of fuel and a happy stomach.  Thanks to Dig Deep, I felt great for the entire race.

I try to be conscious of my environmental impact as a shopper. I LOVE the minimalist packaging, the lack of plastic and lack of water weight during the shipping process. The customization aspect of Dig Deep is fantastic, as well. It's great to have the ability customize my fueling needs without being wasteful on those lighter days. The Watermelon Mint flavour is my favourite. It reminds me of a watermelon, mint, feta summer salad! Great product. 5 stars!
